7:30AM                    Judge Meeting
8:15AM                    Mandatory Athlete Meeting (Movements & Standards)
9:00AM-12:00PM     WOD 1
10:00AM-3:00PM     Floater WOD
12:30PM-3:30PM     WOD 2
4:00PM                    Finals (Top 5 Rx'd)
4:30PM                    Awards Ceremony
5:00PM                    Clean-Up

Coed Team Competition (1 male & 1 female)
Each team will compete in 3 WODs (2 WODs plus a "Floater" WOD)
The top 5 Rx'd teams will advance into the "Finals" where the points are set to zero and winner takes all!!!

1st place will take home the WOD WARS trophy and 2nd and 3rd place will receive some awesome gifts from our  sponsors.
Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in Modified Division also!!!
 (All proceeds will be donated to Make-A-Wish Foundation)

Special prize will be given to the best team name!
